PTFE Undergraduate Student Wins 2nd Place

Atlanta (November 4, 2009) — PTFE student Justin Nguyen, won 2nd place in the Undergraduate Student Poster Competition at the recent MS&T conference in Houston, Texas. Justin works for Dr. Jud Ready in his lab at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. Justin’s poster on “Amorphous Silicon Deposited on Vertically-Aligned Carbon Nanotubes” won Justin a spiffy ribbon and certificate. Justin also received $250 for his efforts. Way to go Justin!
